That tree reminds me of the giant redwood trees in Yellowstone. What are those white rings around the tree? That is a beautiful waterfall. Can you swin in the pond? There must be a lot of water bottle companies in your town.

The white rings support the tree against strong wings. In Japan we often have typhoons. In the video I mentioned that there used to be two trees, but now only one remains. The other was destroyed by wind. It is not allowed to swim in the pond. There is a one water bottle company in my town. It is famous in Nagasaki, but not other prefectures.
It must be exciting to live in Silicon Valley. Do you have supercomputers at school or something like that?

Isahaya looks beautiful. Alot more beautiful than most of the places in California. I really like the look of the bridge and the area that it is located it in. You said that it has one of the top 100 best drinking water in Japan, what place is Isahaya in?
-Andreas Isahaya is very near Nagasaki and it takes half an hour by train from Nagasaki. Which drinking waters are popular in California?
-Yumi
Hello, thanks for your relpy. Their arn't many common water bottle companys in California because most of the water bottle companys are really big corporations that are all over the United States. But I don't know about what companys that are mand in California. You said that it takes about 30 minutes to nagasaki form Isahaya, and so are the trains confusing to use?
- Andreas
Sorry about it took long time to reply. I was absent last week.
No, the trains are not confusing to use. There is direct line between Nagasaki and Isahaya and there is a train every hour. This is the last class before the vacation, so we have to say goodbye. Happy holidays!

The tree was incredibly amazing. It reminded me of Giant Sequoia Redwood Forests in California, but this particular tree is extremely unique in shape. It seems that Isahaya has an incredible amount of nature, as I could tell from your lovely pictures. The area which I live in is pretty urban, so I don't often see such wonderful places. It is also nice that Isahaya has excellent drinking water =]

Isahaya has the nature but is is not so many (compared to the giant sequoia forests). I chose beautiful places and took picturers to show you. By the way, what do young people do after school in your town?
-Yumi
Hi Yumi
Thanks for your reply. Hm, after school my friends and I do a lot of things. Normally, I go play tennis with my friends at the tennis courts. We also go to a nearby Japanese restaurant called Hana Maki. The food there is very good and pretty authentic, and it is also not very expensive. On the weekends, we normally just go to the movie theatres or hang out at a friend's house. Also, once in a while, my friends and I take the train to San Francisco to shop and have fun. The train ride normally takes around one hour. What do young people do after school in your town?

Isahaya is truly beautiful! It's very interesting to hear about cities in more natural settings, because in California we don't get the opportunity to see such sights on a daily basis. You're very lucky to be surrounded by such beauty! Since tehre's so much nature around, are there many people in Isahaya? Do tourists visit often? I really loved seeing those huge cedar trees! We have some fairly large trees in America such as the ones you had pictures of. They're amazing! Have you ever been close to the tree? Do people get to be close to it, or is fenced off or anything? Thanks for sharing that wonderful slideshow with me!
-Shahriyar
Hi Shahriyar, there is 92,000 people in Isahaya. Isahaya is a small city and we have few tourist attractions. So tourists don't visit here so much. Yeah I've been close to the tree and there's no fence. So of course you and everyone can to be get close to it too. I really enjyoed talking to you. Thank you for seeing my video. This is the last class before the vacation, so we have to say goodbye. Happy holiday!
